2022 Honda HR-V

Four trims are available for the 2022 Honda HR-V: the base LX, Sport, EX, and EX-L. The LX starts simple with 17-inch alloy wheels along with LED brake and daytime running lights. Moving up to the Sport gives a sportier exterior, including roof rails, fog lights, rear privacy glass, and 18-inch alloy wheels. You will get a one-touch power moonroof for the upper two trims to let the outside in when the weather is nice and heated power side mirrors for when the cold hits.

While the trims vary in many aspects, all the 2022 Honda HR-V trims are powered by the same 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine. The 1.8-liter engine is mated to a continuously variable automatic transmission that can make up to 141 horsepower and 127 pound-feet of torque. With excellent fuel economy, you can spend more time getting to your destination and less time at the pump!

The 2022 Honda HR-V has a front-wheel-drive standard powertrain with all-wheel drive as an option across all trims. The HR-V offers traction control, electronic stability control, and hill start assist across all trims to keep you on the road and in control. Starting at the Sport trim is active noise cancellation to block outside noise and give you a little personal zen.

Sitting behind the wheel, you'll see the cleverly laid-out interior and the versatile storage available for such a small vehicle. If you opt for the LX, you'll get one USB port with a 5-inch touch-screen infotainment system. The Sport brings some more flash with paddle shifters and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. Other features added with the Sport trim are an upgraded 7-inch touch screen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, and an additional USB port. An upgrade to the EX adds heated front seats, satellite radio, and proximity keyless ignition and entry.

The top-of-line EX-L adds features like an upgraded audio system, leather seating throughout, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror. The HR-V also features a class-exclusive Magic Seat system. This allows for multiple configurations of seating to maximize cargo capacity, seating, or anything in between. The front seat folds all the way back, letting you haul objects up to 8 feet long.

Nothing matters more than getting to your destination safely, and Honda has you covered with Honda Sensing, an advanced set of driver aids that are standard on the EX and EX-L trims. Those features include adaptive cruise control, forward-collision mitigation, lane-keeping assist, automatic braking, and blind-spot monitoring called Honda LaneWatch. In case of a collision, you and your passengers will be protected by the advanced airbag system.
