2023 Honda Passport

The 2023 Passport has a large grille with a distinctive chain link pattern and the Honda emblem in the middle. It also comes with a sculpted hood, sculpted sides, a spoiler, and angular automatic headlights. You can select from the Elite, TrailSport, and EX-L trim levels.

A rear windshield wiper and washer, rear privacy glass, dual exhaust, an acoustic windshield, and a power liftgate are standard. You'll also get all-season tires, 8.1 inches of ground clearance, heated side mirrors with turn signals and memory settings, and a power moonroof.

The Elite and EX-L trims have 20-inch wheels, and the TrailSport trim rolls on 18-inch wheels. Options include heated rain-sensing windshield wipers, roof rails, acoustic windows, a hands-free power liftgate, fog lights, and power-folding auto-dimming side mirrors.

There's a 3.5-liter V-6 engine that provides 280 horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque. The nine-speed automatic transmission has paddle shifters mounted on the steering wheel. A variable cylinder management system conserves fuel when you don't need power from all six cylinders. The motor can also shut off when you stop in traffic and then start again automatically when you're ready to start moving. This helps conserve gas by avoiding idling, while the heater, radio, and other accessories stay on to keep you and your passengers comfortable.

With the 2023 Passport, active noise cancelation gives you a quiet ride. You'll also get maneuverable power steering, electronic stability control, independent suspension, all-wheel drive, and traction control. This SUV can tow up to 5,000 pounds, and it comes with Snow, Mud, and Sand driving modes.

The 2023 Passport comes with cruise, phone, and sound controls on the steering wheel, push-button start, 11 cupholders, storage under the cargo floor, and keyless entry. Folding rear seats, voice recognition, a lockable glove compartment, Apple CarPlay, four cargo tie-down points, wireless charging, a HomeLink universal remote, Android Auto, and SiriusXM satellite radio are also standard.

Other standard features include a cabin air filter, three-zone climate control with vents for the back seats, humidity control, speed-sensitive volume control, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, and two 12-volt power outlets. A 10-way power driver's seat with memory and lumbar settings, an 8-inch touchscreen, and heated front seats are also included on all trims.

You can select cooled front seats, a heated leather-wrapped steering wheel, ambient lighting, a seven-speaker 215-watt sound system with a subwoofer, and heated rear seats. Navigation, a 115-volt power outlet, wireless charging, and a 540-watt 10-speaker audio system with a subwoofer are optional. With the TrailSport, you'll get appealing orange stitching on the leather seats and the steering wheel.

Safety features include automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, hill start assistance, parking sensors, forward collision warning, and lane-keeping assistance. Blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, a multi-angle rearview camera, and advanced front airbags are also standard features in the 2023 Passport.
