2023 Honda Pilot

The 2023 Pilot lineup consists of five fun trim levels, starting with the Sport, featuring LED headlights, LED fog lights, and roof rails. You'll also find 20-inch alloy wheels and all-season tires. The EX-L sits atop 18-inch wheels and lets you take advantage of a power tailgate and acoustic glass. On the TrailSport, you'll notice skid plates, all-terrain tires, and recovery points.

The Touring offers a power tailgate with hands-free access and a panoramic moonroof. Last but not least is the Elite, which gets all-season tires, 20-inch alloy wheels, and a hands-free tailgate. Exterior color options include Lunar Silver Metallic, Diffused Sky Blue Pearl, and Radiant Red Metallic II.

No matter what Pilot model you choose, you can take advantage of a V-6 engine capable of producing 285 horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque. With that much power, the two-wheel-drive models can tow 3,500 pounds, while all-wheel-drive models can tow 5,000 pounds. Fuel-saving technology such as a direct injection system featuring an immobilizer and idle-stop make the Pilot's robust engine incredibly efficient.

The 2023 Pilot comes equipped with a 10-speed automatic transmission that optimizes engine response while delivering quick, smooth acceleration and straightforward handling. When you want a more hands-on driving experience, you can use steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters to control shift points manually. The Trailsport and Elite come standard with an all-wheel-drive system, while the rest of the lineup comes with your choice of two-wheel or all-wheel drive. With the Trailsport, you also get Honda's Trail Torque Logic system and an off-road-tuned suspension.

The 2023 Pilot lineup offers seven- and eight-seater cabins, with every Pilot giving you extra cargo space when you fold the rear seats flat. Lower trim levels feature cloth upholstery, while upper trims have luxurious leather seating surfaces. Available amenities include front seats with heating and ventilation, a heated steering wheel, and a tri-zone automatic climate control system with humidity control and air filtration. All Pilot models support Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, with the Sport featuring a 7-inch color touch-screen. The rest of the lineup features a 9-inch color touch-screen with a volume knob, customizable settings, and smart shortcuts.

The 2023 Honda Pilot provides peace of mind with its forward-collision warning, which detects vehicles and pedestrians entering your path and applies the brakes as needed. If your Pilot starts to drift, you'll receive an alert from the lane-departure warning, while a traffic sign recognition system lets you know if you're approaching a speed limit, stop, or yield sign. With adaptive cruise control, you can set your preferred cruising speed, and the system will lower your speed when traffic slows. Other features include a driver attention monitor, parking sensors, and a blind-spot information system.
